I am an IT professional with a solid foundation in both software development and IT infrastructure. Currently employed at DSWD Field Office IV-A as a Desktop Engineer (Computer Maintenance Technologist I), I have honed my skills in managing network security, troubleshooting ICT equipment, configuring network devices, and administering Active Directory systems. My experience in the field has helped me build a flexible and results-oriented work ethic, with a focus on achieving team goals. With a blend of technical proficiency and problem-solving capabilities, I am committed to contributing to impactful projects that streamline operations and empower teams to succeed.

During my tenure, I created a spreadsheet integrated with the database to streamline the monitoring of applications, improving the efficiency of the company's operations. Additionally, I provided support for mobile development and user acceptance (UA) testing, managed hardware, and contributed to mobile and website programming projects. I also designed PowerPoint presentations, posters, and other materials for company events, ensuring a professional and cohesive visual presentation and built systems called 'Araw Values Awards' and 'ASCo: Online Tracking System'. Through these experiences, I gained extensive skills in hardware management, programming for both websites and mobile applications, and designing event-related materials. I developed strong problem-solving abilities and enhanced my technical skill set through hands-on projects and collaboration with the team.

During my internship at PrefabHomes Philippines, I completed a total of 486 hours, contributing to various projects and tasks that enhanced my technical and creative skills. My responsibilities included conducting site visits in Pampanga and Batangas to capture photos and videos for client presentations, and performing technical maintenance on company devices, such as diagnosing issues, upgrading hardware components like SSDs and RAM, and installing operating systems. Additionally, I designed the company's profile, employee IDs, and certificates, ensuring a consistent and professional brand image. I also maintained and updated the company's WordPress websites, identifying and fixing bugs to ensure optimal performance.

As an intern at Azuria Digital, I worked as a web developer for two weeks. During this time, I participated in weekly meetings where we presented our mockups and discussed our progress and learnings. Despite the brief duration, I gained valuable experience in web development and collaboration with Wordpress and PHP. Unfortunately, my time at Azuria Digital was not credited towards my internship hours, as it was not approved by the head of our IT Department. I subsequently transferred to another company to continue my internship, where I assisted my classmates during our On-the-Job Training (OJT) period.

In the day of election 2022, I assisted EB Chairpersons in troubleshooting electronic voting machines to ensure smooth operation during elections. Additionally, I conducted hardware troubleshooting and provided on-site technical support to resolve issues promptly.

Back in college, I developed custom software applications based on client specifications, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, I provided programming assistance and technical support, addressing client issues and debugging software systems while offering guidance on maintaining and improving their projects.
